We assess your board requirements and find which voices are missing from the conversation. We look at your market, customers, internal pipeline as well as our own network, and implement a shadow board in your organisation comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds, providing them with mentorship and opportunities for growth. We also facilitate reverse mentoring, bridging the gap between established board members and emerging talent, until the shadow board is prepared to seamlessly transition into leadership roles.
